Greetings!
I wanted to be sure you knew about two July family events!
Vacation Bible School: "Singing the Stories of Jesus"
We've set this up as a week of fun and meaning for the whole family. It's in the evening from 6 to 8, so it is easier to schedule. Parents are invited to drop their kids off, or stay for a very informal Bible study, or help all the kids have fun! Dinner is included. The designer and leader of the St. Mark's program is a nationally-known curriculum designer (and a fun, fun person!). This coming Tuesday through Friday, 6 to 8 p.m. Plus all are invited for a special Sunday morning program at 9:30 on July 20. Register here, or just show up!
All-Church and Community Picnic
On Sunday, July 27 at 11 a.m., everyone, from everywhere is invited to a picnic at South Clairemont Community Park, just across the street from St. Mark's. Bring a blanket and a simple lunch, or just come to hang out. Relax for a while and get to know our community.
