Join us for Opening Convocation to begin the 
Saint Paul School of Theology 
2017 Fall Semester on both campuses. 
All are welcome!
AUGUST 22: OPENING CONVOCATION - KANSAS 
We will begin the fall semester in worship as Bishop Robert Farr preaches on Tuesday, August 22 at 11:00 a.m. in Church of the Resurrection's Wesley Chapel.
Robert Farr started September 2016 as Bishop of the Missouri Area of The United Methodist Church. He most recently served as the Director of the Center for Congregational Excellence for the Missouri Conference. Bishop Farr has extensive experience in new church planting, church transformation, language-based faith communities and leadership development and has co-authored four books on the subjects.
CONVOCATION LUNCHEON 
Gather with the Saint Paul Community to share joys and concerns over a meal in the Student Center following worship.

AUGUST 29TH: OPENING CONVOCATION - OKLAHOMA
Join us at the Oklahoma campus as Faculty Emeritus Rev. Dr. Eugene Lowry preaches on Tuesday, August 29 at 11:00 a.m. in the W. Angie Smith Chapel on the Oklahoma City University campus.
Dr. Lowry served as Professor of Preaching for over 30 years at Saint Paul School of Theology. Ordained a United Methodist minister, he has preached in hundreds of churches, conferences and regional events in over 20 denominations. Dr. Lowry has lectured in 50 graduate theological seminaries across North America.
CELEBRATE SAINT PAUL LUNCHEON
Come celebrate the beginning of the 10th year of United Methodist seminary education in Oklahoma with the Saint Paul Community. We will gather in the Great Hall of the Tom and Brenda McDaniel University Center on the OCU campus. 
Saint Paul is pleased to announce that retired UM Oklahoma Bishop Robert Hayes, Jr. will serve as Bishop-in-Residence at the seminary this year. Both Bishop Hayes and Saint Paul President Neil Blair will present the Bishop Robert E. Hayes, Jr. Award during the event.
