1) Happening March 4-6, 2016 at Camp Lazy W Ranch, the Bishop's Confirmation Retreat is based on the theme, "Inspiring the World!" 2) On January 30, 2016, theWest District Training and North District Training events are equipping leaders with skills and resources for disciple-making. Late-registration and day-of registrations are still open! 3) Still open to all is the Communication and Teaching in the Ministry of the Church (LMA) class with Rev. Dr. Sheryl Kujawa-Holbrook (CST) and Rev. Craig Brown (San Diego First UMC) on February 5-6, 2016. 4) Pathways in Leadership (LSM) is a one-day multi-workshop event on February 27, 2016, open to all, with Keynote Speaker Jodi Cataldo, Director of Laity in Leadership for Discipleship Ministries of The United Methodist Church. 5) The nextc.school (which stands for communications school), a hands-on 3-hour educational seminar on the basics of local church communications for local church clergy and staff, is coming up on February 27, 2016 at Camarillo UMC. *Resources are available for Claremont School of Theology Sunday and One Great Hour of Sharing!
