To belong. It is important that we support each other, that we pray for each other, that we come together as people who have the same face. We need to love each other and then, as we learn to work together in a place of belonging and togetherness, we begin to see that it is important to listen to each other. You have ideas much better than mine, I may have some that are better than yours. We don’t have to be powerful; we don’t have to be right.
