Dear Mission Community Leader:
The time has arrived! As you know, during the weeks leading up to our Relaunch of our Mission Communities you’ve been receiving a weekly word to encourage and equip you as you prepare to lead your group. This Sunday, September 9, marks the start and restart of our Mission Communities with fresh determination. We’re so glad that you’ll be leading our flock!
Sign Up Campaign This Sunday!
Please anticipate the following details and logistics for Sunday.
Registration Times. We’ll be inviting the flock to visit, peruse the registration tables between 8:30-9:00am (before the 9:00am service), 10:00am-10:40am (in between services), 12:00pm-12:30pm (after the 10:45am service). We are asking all leaders to be present to greet people and answer any questions they may have.
Registration Tables. We have close to 40 groups representing our Mission Communities this Fall. We will have multiple groups sharing an 8 foot table (2-3 groups per table) which will all be stationed under the breeze way, along the wall of the courtyard. Space (and the amount of tables) limits us from giving every group their own table. Look for the Placard listing your Group Name, Your Name, Day and Time, and Meeting Location. Please feel free to decorate or bring props to also mark your spot (remember, space is limited).
Registration Logistics. Each group will have a registration clip board and pens for people to register on. Each Sign Up Form will include: Name of Group, Name of Leaders, Meeting Time, Location and space for individuals to write their name, email address and phone number. You will receive the information of those who registered for your group within 24 hours. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE REGSTRATION FORM FROM THE CLIP BOARD. Again, as a leader of your group you will receive a copy of the Registration List that very day (if you remain until 12:30pm) or will receive an email copy of it no later than Monday morning.
Registration Follow-Up. Please, please, please contact each individual who registered for your group personally (phone call or email) no later than 48 hours after Sunday morning. This will give you an opportunity to personally greet them and give them any pertinent details about your group.
