Thanksgiving Offering
Sundays, November 17, 24, & December 1
From November 17 through December 1, PazNaz will be receiving the annual Thanksgiving Offering with the goal of raising $40,000 for world missions. Please prayerfully consider your gift that will extend God's mission of love, salvation, and transformation around the world.

Daylight Savings Time Ends
Sunday Morning, November 3, at 2:00 am
Don't forget to set your alarm clocks back one hour this Saturday night, November 2, before you go to bed. It's that time of year again when you get an extra hour of sleep as daylight savings time ends.

Fall Festival 2013
Thursday, October 31, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Don't miss this free, fun-filled, family-friendly annual event with candy, costumes, carnival games, bounce houses, and much more. Come dressed in your best non-scary costume and bring your family and friends to the PazNaz campus on Thursday, October 31, from 6:00-8:00 pm to join in on the yearly community celebration. Student Ministries Retreats
For Jr. High & Sr. High Students
Sr. High & Jr. High students won't want to miss these exciting times to get away and build relationships with their friends through games, worship, and other fun activities.  
The Sr. High Fall Retreat will be at Singing Pines camp on November 15-17. A deposit of $50 is due Wednesday, October 30. The total cost is $90.  
The Jr. High Fall Retreat will be at Alpine Meadows camp on November 22-24. A deposit of $50 is due Wednesday, November 6. The total cost is $100.

Boutique Vendors Wanted
Sign up by October 31
Women's Ministries is seeking vendors of handmade crafts, festive foods, and holiday gifts for Handmade Holiday: A Christmas Boutique. This year's event will be Thursday & Friday, December 5 & 6, from 4:00-10:00 pm and Saturday, December 7, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Registration forms are due October 31 and can be found online at www.handmadeholiday.org. World Vision Marathon Meeting
This Sunday, November 3
If you'd like more information about how you can help raise money for World Vision by participating in the 2014 LA Marathon, make sure to stop by the information meeting in Gilmore Hall following the 10:30 am service on Sunday, November 3. Peace Through Music Concert
Saturday, November 9, at 7:30 pm
PazNaz will once again host this annual benefit concert for the Human Relations Commission on Saturday, November 9, at 7:30 pm in the Sanctuary. This year's concert celebrates 50 years of the Commission. Tickets are free to PazNaz attendees (a $20 value) and can be picked up in the church office. Work & Witness Trip - Zambia
Sign up this Sunday!
If you would like to participate in the Work & Witness trip this summer, now's your chance to sign up. The trip to Zambia, Africa will be May 16 - June 2. Individuals with construction and cooking experience are needed. The total cost is $2,600 with a $500 deposit due when you sign up.
