Giving thanks has always been one of the major reasons believers pray. The Book of Psalms is filled with expressions of gratitude, joy, and praise to God. Some psalms give thanks for God’s blessings to the whole community through His historical acts of salvation and mercy. Other psalms are intensely personal, focused on the believer’s life with God and the challenges he or she faces. In this course, we will continue our look at psalms of thanks.
