Missionary President Barry about Faith Promise at Mission Valley Church of the Nazarene.

Faith Promise 2018 is a time to consider what you are able to for Missions over the next year above and beyond one's tithe and offerings for local and world missions to go and make disciples of all peop,e especially the marginalized of the world including people who have impairments.
Faith Promise 2018 goal is $120,000 for Missions. One of the largest mission field local and worldwide are the people with disabilities and their families.
Matthew 28:18 Yeshua came and talked with them. He said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore, go and make people from all nations into talmidim, immersing them into the reality of the Father, the Son and the Ruach HaKodesh, 20 and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember! I will be with you always, yes, even until the end of the age.” (Complete Jewish Bible).According to Jesus, there should be no people left out especially people with disabilities and there families.
Azores is a poverty stricken island.
People with disabilities are usually left out and poverty stricken everywhere in the world. Sometimes, they are left to die or to fend for themselves no matter what their disability is. The Church of the Nazarene usually do not bring people with disabilities up no matter where in the world they may live including the United States and Canada. This should be included in every Faith Promise. Could you imagine what could be done through Faith Promise for people with disabilities and their families?
The children raised $921 to $2200 for Missions.
How do we as a church deal with American companies moving to Mexico to not even pay a living wage to the Mexicans where they cannot even afford there own homes? How much more is this with people with disabilities worldwide?
How people are called to be lay leaders or clergy, but kept from fulfilling their call because the church refuses to allow them because they will not give their child with disabilities because the believe their child is a part of their lay or pastoral ministry?
How are we able to participate in Missions at our church? How about giving, time, mission trips, and how about including people with disabilities and their families fully and actively in the ministries of the church?
Pastor Jeff Augustine Jimenez with a time of response in prayer, singing, and participation of the Eucharist then our Benediction sending firth into our world home and elsewhere.
