1) May 29 Webinar - How to Be the Best Caregiver and Still Take Care of You!
Tomorrow, Thursday May 29th from 10am - 10:45am PT (1pm ET/12 CT), The Women's Eye will host a free webinar featuring strategies for how caregivers can take care of their own mental health and wellness while supporting a loved one. The webinar will feaure Jane Heller, caregiver and author of "You'd Better Not Die or I'll Kill You: A Caregiver's Survival Guide to Keeping You in Good Health and Good Spirits." Participants can ask live questions during the event.

2) June 12 Teleconference - A Loving Approach to Dementia Care
The Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) will hold its free monthly teleconference on June 12 from 1-2 pm ET for family and professional caregivers. Guest expert Laura Wayman, author of "A Loving Approach to Dementia Care," will discuss "Finding Joy, Purpose, and Fulfillment as a Dementia Caregiver."

3) New Resource - Living with Lewy Body Dementia: The Firsthand Perspective
The Lewy Body Dementia Association will host a Webinar on June 4 featuring two married couples who will answer questions about living with the realities of Lewy body disorders. Registration has closed because the event is full, a Web archive will be posted here.
