Hi, RezChat
Here's a Jordan Larkin followup from last week, after he got admitted to the hospital, fearing he would miss graduation:
From Keith Larkin:
Just wanted to let you know that Jordan got out of the hospital this afternoon (last Saturday) and was able to attend his graduation open house. He will be walking across the stage tomorrow! Thank you for all of your prayers!

Sunday's session: It's a good day to die
Well, it seemed like an ok idea at the time.
The curriculum team picked this topic for the Memorial Day Weekend.
The point is to see what the Bible says about death and dying.
   Here's a sample:
Ecclesiastes 9:3 This is an evil in all that is done under the sun, that there is one event to all: yes also, the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead. 4 For to him who is joined with all the living there is hope; for a living dog is better than a dead lion. 5 For the living know that they will die, but the dead don’t know anything, neither do they have any more a reward; for their memory is forgotten. 6 Also their love, their hatred, and their envy has perished long ago; neither have they any more a portion forever in anything that is done under the sun.
7 Go your way—eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart; for God has already accepted your works. 8 Let your garments be always white, and don’t let your head lack oil.
Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, for you are with me.
Your rod and your staff,
    they comfort me.
Romans 14:7 For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself. 8 For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s. 9 For to this end Christ died, rose, and lived again, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.
1 Thessalonians 4:13 But we don’t want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, so that you don’t grieve like the rest, who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.

On a personal note
If you haven't read my blog post for today, you might enjoy it. The title of it is a quote from my daughter about what happened to her on Wednesday:
"A cow peed on my windshield."
I'm going to have some fun with Monday's blog post, too: It's an appropriated followup to Sunday's lesson:
WAS I REINCARNATED?
I’ve been told I lived in the 1800s and won my woman in a poker game. Is reincarnation possible—and is that why I don’t like card games anymore?
That topic is an answer to a question I got from a reader...a new Christian who wants to know if reincarnation is possible.
Have a wonderful weekend. You deserve it. Becca, however, did not deserve what happened to her as she drove her white Toyota Camry down the highway.
