It's nearly here. Tomorrow is the day...
Tomorrow, Saturday, May 3, help make a MEGA difference in our community by participating in MEGA MISSION with Resurrection West. We'll meet at the church at 9:00 am for final instructions, dough-nut holes, coffee and prayer. Then we’ll go out to serve, doing light house repair and primarily yard work for the elderly, disabled and in-need in the Olathe area. We'll also work to beautify Ridgeview Elementary and the Ernie Miller Nature Park. To wrap up our MEGA MISSION day, we will all gather back at the church by 12:30 pm for a Celebration Luncheon.
To register, visit rezwest.org/megamission or you can just show up and serve in the morning. All ages are welcome, and it is supposed to be a beautiful day!
Wear your MEGA MISSION t-shirt if you have one or get one in the morning when we gather at 9 am. Wear work clothes and bring gloves and any yard tools you might have (rakes, clippers, hoes, shovels, garden tools, your toolbox, a ladder for gutter cleaning if you have one and can, etc.). It's going to be a great day of service!
