Dear Readers,
What does a software-testing firm, a family-owned car wash and a digital media artists' collective have in common? It happens that these are three of the ten companies selected for the Ruderman 'Best in Business' award. The Ruderman Family Foundation, in partnership with The Jewish Week Media Group, is proud to announce the ten innovative companies (both in a print and online edition) that demonstrate exemplary inclusive employment practices in hiring, training and supporting people with disabilities in their workforce.

The ten winning companies were selected after a national nomination process. A panel of experts in the field of disability and employment chose these ten companies-ranging from large corporations to locally-owned stores--based on the company's commitment to creating and supporting employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
The owners of these businesses know that employees with disabilities are an asset. Studies have shown that people with disabilities show higher levels of dedication to their jobs and their employers.
