Yesterday marked the kickoff for Immigrant Heritage Month, a nationwide effort to gather and share inspirational stories of immigration in America. The California Endowment would like to invite our #health4all community to share your story
The month will not only celebrate our country’s immigrant heritage--stories of individuals, families and communities who have contributed to the unique social fabric of California and the rest of the country; It also serves as an opportunity to highlight the contributions made by undocumented immigrants to our communities, our economy and our society, yet are locked out of a fundamental basic human right, access to affordable health care.
We all have an American story. We hope you’ll be inspired to share yours with your friends, family, and wider network as part of Immigrant Heritage Month! What's yours?
