John Byron Norwich McLennan, 59, spouse of a clergy member of the Great Plains United Methodist Conference, passed away Friday, Dec. 25, 2015 at his home in Lincoln, Nebraska. John was born Oct. 25, 1956 in Casper, Wyoming.
John married Jamie (Perry) Norwich McLennan, Sept. 2, 1989, they co-parented three exchange daughters from Thailand, South Korea and Tajikistan.
John is survived by his wife, Rev. Jamie Norwich McLennan, daughters Joy (Chanyoung), Lee and Bonu (Kharyniso) Yarababaeva (Adam Gerhardstein).
A celebration of life will be held Dec. 31, 2015 at 11 a.m. at New Visions Community-Calvary United Methodist Church, 1610 S. 11, Lincoln, Nebraska.
Memorials to New Visions Community, Humane Society or any other animal protection organizations.
