Webinar: Faith Response to the Anti-Muslim Movement- December 7th, 4 PM ET - Reverend Noel Andersen via Groundswell - Auburn Seminary of New York, New York, United States
Hello all,
The anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant movement is taking advantage of the fear stoked from recent attacks in Paris, Beirut and Baghdad. Governors are trying to reject Syrian refugees and Congresspeople are passing policies that would discriminate on grounds of nationality and religious background.
The response from faith communities to offer a prophetic witness of welcome will be a critical piece in our movement for immigrants' and refugee rights. On this webinar we will discuss strategy and messaging to respond to the organized anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant movements.
Please join: Interfaith Immigration Webinar on a Faith Response to the Anti-Muslim Movement- Monday, December 7th 4 PM ET
Speakers:
Jen Smyers, Director of Policy and Advocacy for Church World Service- Immigration Refugee Program
Terri Johnson, Executive Director, Center for New Community
Catherine Orsborn, Campaign Direct or, Shoulder to Shoulder

Rev. Noel Andersen
