A Few Important Details
The Delegate Handbook is available online - and can be downloaded to your devices or printed as a PDF. While some hard copies will be available at Assembly, we encourage you to use the digital version or print before coming.
The Blessed Generation Choir from Gisenyi, Rwanda will join one of the PLNU summer teams to lead us in music worship at Sunday's opening service. We are thrilled to host the choir on their journey to sing at General Assembly. Pastor Simon Pierre is leading this fantastic group of young musicians and he is a long-time friend to our district, welcoming many short-term mission teams of ours over the years.
We love your children! For all of Assembly, nursery care is available for those age 0-4. On Sunday night, Shelle James (Children's Director at SD First Church) will provide a fun and enriching "children's church" for those age 5 through 5th grade
Delegate Packets will be available in the Brown Chapel foyer Sunday from 3-5pm and Monday from 7-8am. Note that one representative from each church should collect for all delegates (except delegates who are ordained ministers - they will pick up their own).
Housing & Meals Registration is officially closed. Only a handful of rooms and meal tickets are still available - and those will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration is from 3-5pm in the Brown Chapel foyer.
To view the schedule for Assembly, visit the District Assembly page on our website (or just scroll back up to the "schedule" section)
Our Prayer Room will be open Sunday night and all day Monday. Through experiential prayer exercises and stations, connect with God and others as we lift up Assembly and the ministry of our district.
Finally, be sure to visit the Exhibit Hall in the Brown Chapel foyer Sunday night and Monday - learn about True Shepherd Haiti Ministry, RVs on a Mission, District Retreats, and more!
