Beth Immanuel Newsletter Newsletter: Iyyar 5775 for Wednesday, 22 April 2015
Shalom Beth Immanuel Friends, Congregants, and Virtual Congregants,Iyyar
At Beth Immanuel, we inaugurated the new month of Iyyar with our annual Dag Ba’Omer breakfast on the banks of the Saint Croix River. It was a chilly Dag Ba’omer, but we were warmed by hot fish on the coals, fresh black coffee in our cups, and the joy of the resurrection of the Master in our souls.
Dag Ba’Omer capped off an extremely busy season of Passover-related events including a spate of special services, a beautiful Resurrection Seder, and our raucous annual Meal of Messiah. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped with the various meals, shopping, cooking, cleaning, cantoring, teaching, etc.
New Zealand
A week before Passover, Pastor Lancaster visited New Zealand with First Fruits of Zion for a series of teachings and seminars. Click here to watch a teaching at Changepoint Church in New Zealand.
