MORE BIG NEWS...

Here is more big news from Love Wins.:LGBT.
Big News Item # 2
The Love Wins.:LGBT Board of Directors met over the past few weeks and have made the decision to restructure the Love Wins.:LGBT staff in an effort to provide clarity to those who contact us and to help structure the team in such a way that it can more clearly define and navigate the future of what is a rapidly growing ministry. With that said, here is the new structure and new roles that were put into place...
Under this new structure, each of the previous Love Wins.:LGBT team members, and our newest addition Gloria, now have more clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Each of us go from generic members of a team to staff members with dedicated jobs and goals.
Andy McGee will move from Director of Love Wins.:LGBT to Executive Director. He will oversee the day to day operations of the ministry in addition to now having more time to dedicate to research and outreach. He will still be available for speaking engagements.
Sarah McGee will more from the generic Love Wins.:LGBT Team Member position to become the Director of Community Development. Her main role will be that of discipleship making an training.
Letiah Fraser will also move from the generic Love Wins.:LGBT Team Member position to become the Director of Outreach and Education . In this new role she will be focused on helping Churches, organizations, and individuals more fully understand and engage the LGBT community.
and finally,
Gloria Cofffin now joins our team as the Director of Pastoral Care where her main responsibilities will be to oversee the care and well-being of individuals and families who seek our guidance on a daily basis. One could say she will be our organizations work pastoral counselor. In addition, Gloria is also available to speak at events and Churches across the denomination pastoral care issues in the LGBT community. .
As we look forward to the future of Love Wins.:LGBT, we agree with the .Board of Directors that the changes made above will help propel us into the future of this ever growing ministry.
