EVANNE COPLAND KOFMAN BIBLICAL GARDEN
We proudly announce a new addition to the Garden! During the last two months, the committee worked hard to renovate the pond and solve some extensive maintenance issues. The waterfall has been completely rebuilt for circulation and water conservation, while retaining the look and sound of moving water. The oasis showcases three bog plants: the bulrush, papyrus, and sweet flag. These plants are all mentioned in our Jewish Bible and are similar to ones grown during the time of Moses. The bog plants are surrounded by lush ferns and may be occasionally replaced with seasonal flowers and other plants mentioned in the Bible. Please come relax and enjoy the waterfall and the birds.
Committee members (shown above) Donna Harris, Yvonne Rothblum, Beth Waldinger. Advisors: Dave Polen, Joe Miller.
