All are invited to tune-in to Gather at the River events
In just 10 days, over 650 progressive United Methodists will be descending upon San Antonio, Texas for the much anticipated Gather at the River - a partnership gathering with Methodist Federation for Social Action and Reconciling Ministries Network. For those who can't make it to the event but don't want to miss out on all the great worship and speakers, we invite you to tune-in on your computer.
Along with reporting on social media (follow #GatherUMC on Twitter), we'll be live-streaming all worship, plenaries, and Bible studies. All are invited to tune-in to the events by watching live at Gather2015.org.
There's still time to register if you can join us. Registration will also be available on-site at the price of $310.

Tips for your trip to San Antonio
It's going to be hot, hot, hot in the Texas summer heat! Please bring cool, comfortable clothing (and a sweater for air conditioned rooms)
Please bring a reusable water bottle
Don't forget your Bible
Check-in to your hotel room first and then check-in at Gather registration
You do not need to print Eventbrite tickets. If you registered online, we'll be able to look you right up!

Please ensure you have a shuttle reservation made in advance to get you from the airport to your hotel.
San Antonio International Airport is located nine miles from downtown. Shuttle service between the airport and the Sheraton Gunter Hotel is available from the GO Airport Shuttle. Cost is $30 roundtrip and $17 one-way. Children aged 3 and under are free; aged 4-12 are half-price. ADA-accessible vans are available.

A River Guide for Airport Hospitality will be stationed at the Visitor and Convention Center Kiosk in each terminal at the San Antonio Airport. The Kiosk is located just off the escalator as you enter the Baggage Claim area. A Gather at the River sign will be posted and the River Guides will be identified with their light blue shirts and River Guide logo. They can answer questions and give directions to the GO Shuttle for transportation to the hotels. For special assistance, call 830-980-3314.
