This 4th of July, California has reasons to celebrate. Nearly 90% of Californians now have health coverage after the Affordable Care Act. 170,000 kids gained access to coverage thanks to the Health4All Kids budget. And yet, over a million Californians remain locked out of basic health care. Let's finish the job.
