Golfing today
I had my second golfing lesson this week. My son and I are going to be golfing this afternoon at Smiley's, near the church. He says it's an easy beginner's course. I'll believe that if it has an automatic ball-hitter on each hole. I will be leaving as soon as I hit the "Send" button for this newsletter.
Terry Bahadur, our class leader, will be out of town this weekend. I think he and Cris are going to Springfield, Illinois to visit the home of Abraham Lincoln. The school teacher still wants to learn. Bill Fitzherbert will fill in for Terry on Sunday, leading the class opening of prayer requests and praises.

Jill Miller reads in a hammock on Bora Bora. She could have read on her couch in Olathe. Photo by Brad Miller, who should enter this photo in a contest.

For those who would like to see what my son and his wife (Brad and Jill) did to celebrate the completion of his master's degree in business, here's the link: We are the Millers in Bora Bora.
See you on Sunday, bright and early. Coffee will be hot and ready to sip politely.
